Met Ben & Jerry in Amsterdam
I met Ben & Jerry at the Amsterdam Central Station. In such a cool weather, I definitely gonna visit it. :D

Familiar Selections…
But only one catches my eyes….. Alaska Baked.

It’s vanilla ice with white chocolate bites. Super creamy! Yum Yum! It’s a pity that it is not available in Singapore. Sigh…

I will be back to EAT THAT!

Being nice, doesn’t always mean good. Though pple always said You dun ask for Good returns when you do Good things. But I dun ask for BAD returns too. Sigh….. Trying to help a person, end up being getting yourself into trouble, or feeling more worried.
Sleepless nights…. For What? For Friend lor. Worth it? Duno man. Dun wan to know. Coz it will makes me feel worst. I just want my money back….. :(

Maybe being a Devil, will make me feel better.

Remembering youI have not been dreaming about you for a long time.
Strangely enough, in the Lunar 7th month, you came by into my dream. I am happy to see you happy and peaceful in the dream. Are you happy for me? For my life has been smooth sailing? Or you foresee happy things are going to happen to me?
My Dear Friend, I have not forgotten about you.
May you always have peace in Heaven.

Fountain of Wealth ~ Suntec City MallWorld’s Largest Fountain
(Guinness Book of Records since 1998)A symbol of wealth and life, the Fountain of Wealth is designed based on the Hindu mandala , meaning universe and is a symbolic representation of the oneness in spirit, unity and harmony among the four races in Singapore.
A popular tourism icon today, the fountain is a source of hope and luck as many visitors come to touch its “lucky” waters, absorbing the positive “qi”.

Been to Suntec City Mall numerous times, last Saturday was my First time walking around the Fountain of Wealth. Exciting!

Water plashing out, the water feels cold. One hand trying to touch the water, the other ‘leg’, trying to avoid being plash. :p
You need to walk 3 rounds in Clock-wise direction, then quietly make a WISH. Yes, a quiet wish. I WISH MY WISH CAN COME TRUE!!!

New Hair Clip

My colleagues bought this. Looks interesting. So I bought. Haaa… It’s meant for holding you front fringe!

So you no need to use clip to clip up your hair when you wash your face, or put on make up. Your hair won’t stay in the ‘clipping’ shape after you remove it. Haaa… But hor… mine one still stay in shape after I remove it leh. Maybe I hold it up too long.

It’s actually a big piece of Velcro tape. :p

Truffles
I found this at the Saturday market in Utrecht. I am super happy. Coz its my first time seeing a TRUFFLE. Smell good. Very good. So, I bought one small piece at EUR 6. It looked prettier when I first bought. The photo was taken after two week when I totally forgotten about it and left it in the fridge. It got all mouldy and dried up. I din get to taste it, but the mould did. :(
Various kinds of hypogeous fungi other than that mentioned above, including Ascomycetes, Basidiomycetes, Glomeromycetes, and Zygomycetes. Also a common food of wild boars, and in the backyards of local suburbs.
Source Wikipedia
Truffles have been found in Europe, Asia, North Africa, and North America, but only three species are commercially important. They live in close mycorrhizal association with the roots of specific trees. Their fruiting bodies grow underground.
The term “truffle” as commonly used refers to members of the genera Tuber and Terfezia. There are many other kinds of subterranean fungi, “false truffles,” which outwardly resemble the ones we eat. They are far more common than the ones that are collected for food, and some are poisonous.
Truffles are round, warty, and irregular in shape and vary from the size of a walnut to that of a man’s fist. The season for most truffles falls between September and May.
The mention of truffles conjures up images of the expensive French black truffle (Tuber melanosporum) from the Périgord region of southwest France, used in making pâté de foie gras, or the renowned odorous white truffle (Tuber magnatum) of Alba, in the Piedmont district of Italy.
Since the times of the Greeks and Romans these fungi have been used in Europe as delicacies, as aphrodisiacs, and as medicines. They are among the most expensive of the world’s natural foods, often commanding as much as $250 to $450 per pound.
